This is the second book in the Detective Roy Grace Book Series.This book centres around Tom and Kelly Bryce,and when Tom innocently finds a cd on the train and takes it hope to view its contents it triggers a whole train of events.

I really felt drawn to the main detective Roy Grace,as there is a sub plot running through the books about his life.I got the impression he really cares about his colleague,and the cases he investigates.

The story has a really great twist towards the end of the book,with I didn’t see coming,and I found the book moved a really fast pace.

I found the main theme of the crime interesting although a little disturbing.

I would definitely recommend this book to fans of crime fiction,and I am definitely going to read other books in series.

Fate,Love and Magazines!! Love by Design by Effie Kammenou Love by Design is book 2 in the Meraki Series.Although this book is in a series it can be read as a standalone novel. The book focuses on Mia Andarakis ,who has recently been promoted to work on a new magazine called Opul,and her relationship with magazine editor Nicholas Aristedis. My favourite characters were Mia and Nicholas,the characters were very well rounded and I really felt both characters as they had both gone through trauma in their lives. I loved the twist in the middle of the book which connected the lives of Mia and Nicholas,as well as the flashback chapters concerning what had made them the people they had become. I think the scenes written around Nicholas’s grief were well written,and grief can totally destroy you and I really felt for Nicholas. My favourite characters once again are Chloe and Juve,they such great characters and you really feel for them as they both try to excavate their feelings to find the path to true love. My favourite part of the book was when Chloe finally faced her fears,and was able to move on with her life. Once reading you won’t want to put it down as you are swept up in Chloe and Juve’s story,and ultimately you can’t wait to find out if they both find their happy ever after!!. Love and Pollination by Mari J Law Review Pollination,Germination and a Seedling!! Love and Pollination is a stand-alone novel,by Mari J Law.The story follows the fabulous Perdita and her many embarrassing situations in the pursuit of love and happiness. I absolutely loved the character of Perdita,her character was brilliantly well written and I was totally engrossed in her world.I loved the way she thought of things in the terms of nature,as it showed her naivety and innocence,in how she dealt with the world. All the characters were brilliant and by the end I felt I knew all of the characters really well. My favourite part of the book for me was the ending as I was so pleased for Perdita,but I also loved reading about the scrapes Perdita got in.I loved the germination incident.
